Came here at a friend's recommendation as one of the best buffets in town, and I wasn't disappointed. There was a huge spread of dishes to try, with varying qualities. During my visit the restaurant also offered steamed lobsters, and we took advantage of that offer. The lobsters were big and juicy, perfect with butter dip. When they're available, it's great value! Other worthwhile foods include: fresh clams, black cod, stuffed scallops, lamb chops, soft shell crabs (amazing!), snow crab legs (very fresh!), popping bobba drinks, grilled wings, and lobster sashimi. The restaurant was loud, and fond of playing happy birthday tunes at high volume for every celebrating table (I counted 8 during my visit), so it's not a good place for you to come, eat, and collect your thoughts. Service was amazing, though, and I had no problem asking for service, as long as the servers were not busy singing happy birthday. Will come again.

Not beating this price for what you're getting. Actually whole all you can eat steamed lobsters, dungeness crabs, blue and snow crabs. Along with shrimp and other variety of food. Fried chicken wings were also seasoned well, especially for a buffet. Will return when im ready to be gluttoning again!

They I have a plethora of hot and cold dishes. $38.99 dinner only price on Saturday and Sunday. American food is available. The buffet is quite large. So there's something for everyone. Four lines of people waiting to get in. Get there early so you don't have to wait in line.

ervice /atmosphere - Whoa. This place is beautiful ! For it to be a buffet style restaurant, they have definitely added a “Luxe” feel to it. Everything is clean,neat, and well-kept (from my many experiences being there). The workers come by and clean up your plates, every so often, or atleast when they notice a plate is “trash”. Sometimes, you do have to sort’ve flag them down to get service (I,e. A drink/refill, extra utensils, plate removal,etc.). They stay pretty busy in there, so the workers are constantly moving around the restaurant and you may have to get their attention. I’ve never personally felt rushed there, but there is a feeling that someone is always eyeballing your table. It’s not necessarily a bad thing as a business, but as a customer, it can be a little unsettling to feel like every time you look up, someone is looking at you. Overall- I give it an 8.5/10. I love the cleanliness and ambience of the place, however there are a few things they could work on as far as customer service goes. Some traditional American foods, American-Asian foods, Asian foods, and Seafood. This is one of those spots where you come when you want a little bit of everything, or don’t know what exactly you want to eat. For quality, I’d say that it depends on the busyness of the day. They usually do a fantastic job at refilling the food stations, and keeping everything hot & fresh. However, on some days, it feels as though the food has been sitting out for a little too long, making it room temperature or slightly cold. Another thing is that on some days (or a certain time of day) the cooking process is rushed. There are some days where I’ve had some seafood that taste like it was boiled in the finest of herbs & water, and then there are times where it has lacked flavor or acceptable presentation. They have to stay consistent throughout every day, all day. A few of my favorites from their menu is : Grilled Salmon, Grilled Pineapple, Honey Chicken, & Sweet Lava Bun. I will definitely be back & hope to see some improvement! Overall- 8/10

The place is pretty good. Lots of seafood! You get your money worth with all the variety of foods they have here (crab legs , lobster, etc) no full lobster. Overall 9/10 would recommend. Just make sure to come a little early if you’re coming for dinner, it can get a little crowded.

I came to Royal Buffet & Grill with my girlfriend and my mom. The place is overwhelmingly huge, and so are the food selections. We visited based on a recommendation from family and friends, and we were not disappointed. The service is great, and the restaurant stays clean despite the high volume of foot traffic.Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Parking - Private Parking Atmosphere - The restaurant is very nicely decorated, clean, and surprisingly not overly crowded given the number of tables. We came for dinner on a weekend, and the wait was minimal, barely five minutes. Service - The waitstaff in our area were very attentive and helpful. They consistently made sure we had everything we needed, kept our water filled, and cleared empty dishes promptly. What We Enjoyed Most - This is the only buffet in the Philadelphia area that I know of that offers whole lobster, which is one of our favorite features. Another standout was the lamb chop. I would argue it’s better than some restaurant-quality versions. It was perfectly cooked to medium rare, which is impressive for a buffet. Beyond that, there is a huge variety of food, drinks, and dessert options to choose from. Final Thoughts - I would definitely return. We enjoyed every part of the food and the overall experience. Also, if it is your birthday, be ready for a surprise.

Here for pre vday date. Came around 1:30 on a Friday wasn’t to busy at all no line outside or really at the buffet got seated right away everyone was friendly we never felt rushed which we loved. Had lots of food options everything was hot except this one piece of honey chicken I got. Buffet is clean and decorated nicely great seating as well and nice clean bathroom. Food had great flavor as well as dessert. The Mongolian beef was good as well as a crab sort of pasta I got. I also got lobster claws which was a good size. Favorite dessert was the strawberry mousse cake definitely try it. Only reason for my 4 stars is they did not have crab legs or lamb chops during lunch. So if you are looking for that go at dinner it starts at 3:30pm. For 2 ppl for lunch it was only $47 so wasn’t bad at all food was good. Would definitely go back for dinner if in the area came from New Jersey btw. Give this place a try definitely worth it!
